Oxbow Tote (RTS)

The Oxbow Tote is a roomy and versatile zipper-topped tote bag that comes in two (very roomy) sizes:

Approx. Finished Dimensions:

• Regular: 15” wide by 5” deep, 12” tall [38.1 x 12.7 x 30.5 cm]

• Overnight: 18” wide by 7” deep, 14” tall [45.7 x 17.8 x 35.6 cm]

My version features:

• A curved slip pocket on both the front and back exterior

• A full-length divided mesh or fabric slip pocket on the interior

• Includes a coordinating cross-body strap.

Optional features:

• Turn the exterior pockets into zipper pockets

• Make one of the exterior pockets a trolley sleeve

• Turn the interior slip pocket into a zippered pocket

• Add an interior zipper pocket

• Quilted main panels*

All this and a unique placement of the extended straps that allows for a lot of creativity with pattern and color choices.

*This pattern was designed for a quilted cotton main body, but I prefer this bag with waxed or waterproof canvas for the main body.
